Integrity is the foundation of my business. As a licensed United Northern Mortgage Bankers, Ltd. mortgage loan originator, I take a consultative approach to the home loan process by customizing each home financing solution to help my customers achieve their financial goals. My mission is to get you the right loan and have you enjoy the process! I have extensive experience working with first-time homebuyers, conventional, FHA, 203K Rehab and VA loans. I can also do reverse mortgages for seniors. On a personal note, I live with my wife in Nyack, NY. I was born in Haiti and grew up in NY,, where I attended Buffalo State College. I graduated with a degree in Economics and Finance. When not working I enjoy basketball, football, working out and music I am also fluent in Creole... I take great pride in that much of my business is either repeat customers or referrals from past clients or real estate professionals who respect the job I have done for their clients. My ability to understand the economic factors that determine interest rates, secondary markets and loan programs allows me to provide topnotch counseling to today's savvy customer.
